Having joined us in early 2023, Olivia has taken the helm in addressing the compliance needs of our valued farmers. Armed with a Master of Environmental Science, Olivia boasts an impressive background in the dairy industry, backed by over a decade of experience navigating the intricacies of compliance and regulations in the agricultural sector.

Olivia’s professional journey includes pivotal roles with regional councils, where she actively contributed to policy and consenting processes. She spent five years with a corporate dairy farm, overseeing compliance, regulations, and the integration of cutting-edge technology into farming practices. Additionally, she successfully ran her own farm compliance consultancy business, showcasing her entrepreneurial spirit and in-depth knowledge of the industry.

In her role as the leader of our agri-compliance service, Olivia empathizes with the challenges our farmers face regarding compliance. Her forward-thinking approach led us to create a service that alleviates this burden for our farmers, ensuring seamless adherence to on-farm compliance requirements.

Driven by a passion for the agricultural sector, Olivia collaborates with farmers to simplify compliance processes, emphasizing that, in many instances, it’s about documenting practices they are already implementing on their farms.
